Malvika Jhangiani

Malvika Jhangiani joined FARO in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in leading HR strategy. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources Newell Brands. Her background includes a proven track record of driving organizational change and digital transformation, and effectively scaling both people and programs. Drawing from her extensive career across diverse global organizations like Bayer, Monsanto and Ernst and Young, Malvika has honed her expertise in building trusting relationships with C-Suite executives, driving global business growth, developing world-class HR teams and creating an inclusive culture. She holds a bachelor's degree from Sydenham College and a master’s degree in Personnel from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai, India.
