David joined FARO in 2024 with more than 25 years of experience in international and commercial law, compliance, M&A activity, corporate governance, finance, and risk management. Before FARO, David held various leadership positions in public and private companies, including Deputy General Counsel at GCP Applied Technologies, Vice President and General Counsel Americas at Landis + Gyr, and Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Allconnect, Inc.
