Program for New Engineers
In our 12 to 18-month New Graduate Development Program for Engineers, you will join a group of fellow graduate engineers who will be developed as future engineering leaders for FARO. You will be matched with one of our outstanding mentors, who will help you determine the best technical path for your career.
Program participants will gain invaluable hands-on experience and be in a position to make an immediate impact on our organization. You will be immersed in multiple aspects of the 3D world and be part of exceptional research projects. In addition to getting exposed to a variety of functional areas, we will also hone your technical and professional skills through specialized training.
Program for New Engineers Pursuing Sales and Marketing Careers
Our one-year New Graduate Development Program for Sales and Marketing is for graduates with an engineering degree (mechanical / industrial / other) targeting a career in sales or marketing. This program is ideal for engineering graduates who are technically proficient, socially capable, competitive and interested in the commercial / sales / product marketing side of their degree. This program is offered in the U.S. in 2021. Incoming graduates spend the year rotating through various roles in FARO sales, product marketing and application engineering divisions. At the conclusion of the rotation, participants may have the opportunity to work for FARO in a sales, product marketing job or applications engineering position.
